Delete an item, or remove it from one group

An item is owned by you and listed into one or more groups. That gives you two different actions.

Remove it from one group

Open the item and choose Remove from this group. It disappears from that group and stays in any others. Your photos and description are untouched, and you can list it there again later.

A group owner or admin can also unlist an item from their group - moderating your own group is reasonable.

Delete it everywhere

Choose Delete. The item, its photos and all its listings go, in every group at once. This cannot be undone.

Only the owner can do this. An admin of one group cannot destroy your property across every other group you share it with.

"I removed it from my only group and now I can't find it"

It still exists - it is just listed nowhere, so no group page can show it. Go to Your items in the sidebar, which is the one page that shows items with no listings, and list it into a group again.
