• The camera won't open, or the screen stays black
  Almost always a browser permission rather than a fault with Kithage. Here's how to tell, in about ten seconds.
• What happens to the photos you upload
  They're resized, stripped of location data, and only visible to the groups you list the item in.
• Reset your password
  Use the link on the sign-in page. Reset links last three days and can only be used once.
• Invite someone to your group
  Invite links are single-use and expire. Only send one to someone you would lend to without an app involved.
• Delete an item, or remove it from one group
  Two different things: unlisting takes it out of one group, deleting removes it everywhere.
• Who can see my items?
  Only people in the groups you list an item in. There is no public listing and no way to browse.
• How do I find groups to join?
  You don't. Someone invites you, or you create your own. That is the point rather than a missing feature.
• Report a problem, or report someone
  Bugs go through the support page. Problems with a person start with your group owner.
