Reset your password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgotten your password?
2. Enter the email address on your account.
3. Open the link in the email we send and choose a new password.

The link expires after three days and works only once. It also stops working the moment you use it or change your password by any other route - that is deliberate, so an old email in your inbox is not a way into your account.

The email hasn't arrived

• Check spam. First messages from a new sender often land there.
• Check the address. We deliberately say the same thing whether or not an account exists, so nobody can use the reset form to test which email addresses have accounts here. That means a typo looks identical to success.
• Give it a minute, then ask again.
