Something is broken

Use the support page. It gathers your browser, device and screen details automatically, which is usually what decides whether a problem takes five minutes or five days to work out. Include the exact wording of any error you saw.

Someone is behaving badly

Start with your group owner. They can remove a member straight away, which ends that person's access and takes their items out of the group. In a group of people who already know each other, that is both faster and more appropriate than anything a website can do.

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Kithage is a small website and cannot help with that.

What we do not do

We do not arbitrate disputes about money or damaged items. Your group agrees its own policy - forgive, replace at cost, or split - and Kithage records that choice without enforcing it. Building a feature where a website decides who owes whom would make it worse, not better.
