Contact

Kithage is one person. You will get a reply from a human, and it may take a day or two.

Something is broken

Use the support page rather than emailing directly — it collects your browser and device details automatically, and those are usually what decides whether a problem takes five minutes or five days to work out.

Before that, it is worth a look at the help centre. The common ones are already written up.

Reporting someone

Start with the group owner. They can remove a member immediately, which ends that person's access to the group and removes their items from it. That is faster than anything we can do, and in a group of people who know each other it is usually the right answer.

Come to us when the group cannot resolve it, when the group owner is the problem, or when something may be unlawful. Include:

  • the group, and the person's display name or email
  • what happened, and roughly when
  • whether you have already spoken to the group owner

Report a user

Reports are read by one person and are not shared with the person you are reporting. We may contact the group owner, remove content, or suspend an account. We do not arbitrate disputes about money or damaged items — see the terms.

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We are a small website and cannot help with that.

Anything else

Questions, ideas, or wanting to know why something works the way it does: [email protected].

Privacy and data

To ask what we hold about you, or to have your account and content deleted, email [email protected] from the address on the account. Deleting an item removes it and its photos everywhere; deleting an account removes the items you own.
